Shopmobility at Brent Cross

The Shopmobility service provides a range of motorised scooters and wheelchairs that can be loaned free of charge to make getting around the centre that bit easier. It’s available for anyone who needs help with mobility – young or old, whether the disability or injury is temporary or permanent. We are open until 6:45pm.

Sunflower Lanyard Scheme

Brent Cross are proud supporters of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard scheme. Without a visual cue, it can be difficult for others to identify, acknowledge, or understand the daily challenges faced by people living with a hidden disability. The Sunflower Lanyard discreetly indicates to people around the wearer that they need additional support, help or a little more time. It intends to allow everyone with hidden disabilities to choose to be visible when they need to be. Lanyards are available free of charge for customers to collect from the Customer Service Desk, located on the second floor near M&S.
